Legal Fees

Legal fees are established on a flat fee structure except where noted otherwise. You will also be responsible for medical examination and vaccination fees, document translation fees, notary fees, apostille fees, expert fees in certain cases, overnight/next day mail or courier service, passport style photo costs, and other related costs that could arise. Ultimately, the agreed upon legal fee will be set forth in a legal services agreement to be signed by the client and attorney. *USCIS filing fees often change and are provided here as a guide. Online filing options may reduce the filing fees shown here.

* Please let us know if you serve or have served in the United States Military or as a law enforcement officer, firefighter, EMT, or public safety dispatcher.

** The legal fees shown on this page are illustrative only and may be more or less depending on the circumstances of your particular case and as set forth in your legal services agreement with the law firm.

Numerous payment options are available: cash, personal check, credit card, Venmo, PayPal, Apple Pay, and Klarna. Payment plans are available for most types of immigration cases.
